Good accounting today is more than data entry. I build the automation that powers my own practice: drop a receipt, invoice or bank statement into Slack, Teams or SharePoint, and it’s read, sorted and turned into clean, tax-correct entries in QuickBooks Online — no new app to log into, the books just stay current. It’s the kind of tech edge most small practices simply don’t offer.
Straight into QuickBooks Online
Entries are written directly into QuickBooks Online through its developer API — handling the realities of Québec accounting, from GST/QST and input tax credits to trade-in tax bases and multi-entity books. Source documents are auto-filed back into your own SharePoint.
More than scanning
Vendor matching, tax treatment and reconciliation are worked through carefully — not rigid, rule-matched templates. The result is books that come out audit-ready, not just filled in.

I’ve worked with small businesses and start-ups across Québec since 2012, in a wide range of industries — from grain farms and a vehicle dealership to daycares, cleaners, cabinet makers and design studios. That breadth is the point: it means I’ve seen how very different companies handle money, and what actually works.
My approach is hands-on and personal. You deal with me directly, not a rotating desk. I combine traditional accounting discipline with a builder’s instinct for better systems — which is why so much of my work ends up being the tools that make the books run on their own.
